The Killer Fields

A mortar shell left over from the Vietnam War has exploded, killing four children and wounding other five people. According to government figures, more than 42,000 people have died from un-exploded bombs and shells since 1975, when the war ended.

This is another reason that war is so terrible: it keeps on killing innocent people decades after the actual fighting has stopped.
