Love...With the Proper Procedure
See, this is what happens when you want to be politically correct or ingratiate yourself with women. A Cuban who has lived in the U.S for almost 30 years married a Vietnamese and took her last name as his own, as an act of love. Then, he went ahead and got his driver's license with his new last name. Subsequently, he was accused of fraud, because Florida does not allow a man to do that. In order to change his name, he had to go to court. Luckily, the state decided against prosecuting him for fraud.
Love conquers all, I suppose.
